To sum up the Palm Tungsten, we are a little concerned with the amount of complaints we noticed about this product around the web. There have been many cases where people have had their device breakdown and these guys have also had bad experiences with Palm's customer support. So we'd like to say... "BUYER BEWARE!" Its a great device with fantastic features and usability. But if it bugs up a little, you might find yourself in trouble with this device. |
